“Heh satruku si Jabang Bayi…(disebut namanya),ingsun wus weruh ajal kamuloniro
asaliro sukmo tunggal,tunggal roso,tunggal ilatku,koyo boyo ngangsar raiku,gajah metu awakku, macan nggero swaraku,bantheng ketaton tandangkumjahu lante nggraut nyowomu,tanpo tenggok tanpo sirah yen mberegagah,lah thundhuko bae,yo wos,kasur sari jine badan,yen siro tundhuk maring aku,tundhuk rosone tunggal”.
Cara mengamalkannya :
Puasa 21 hari,makannya sekali setiap jam 12 malam,Mutih 3 hari 3 malam dan pati geni sehari semalam, dimulai hari Rabu Kliwon.Mantra dibaca ketika bertemu musuh.
Keterangan : Mantra ini adalah mantra yang sangat berguna bila ada musuh yang akan mengancam kita. Dengan dibacakan mantra ini,musuh akan ketakutan,dan akan tunduk kepada kita. @@@
